Sardine Rawa Fry

Sardine is very popular in Mangalore market and are found in most of the season. They are very healthy and taste great when fried or made curry. The small sardines are the best once which taste great than the bigger once. Forget your daily dosses of vitamins, as these sardines make wonders sine they are rich in vitamin B12, selenium, omega-3 oils, protein, phosphorus and vitamin D. Basically they are having benefits on cardiovascular health, memory, joints, skin and energy levels. I am marinating the Sardines and then coating it with rawa, finally deep frying them in coconut oil. You can also shallow fry them, as I like the shallow fried method than the deep fry. They are healthy when prepared making a curry, but I love the fried version of Sardine !!! Try it and you will love it for sure!
