KingFish Crispy Rawa Fry
- 1 Medium King Fish pieces
Grind to fine smooth paste the below ingredients :
- 25 Byadagi red Chilli (Give color , but less in spice) & 5 small red chilli ( To make more spicy, Note: Soak both the Red chillies in warm water for 15-20 minutes, this helps to give a fine smooth paste )
- 1/2 cup rice soaked in water ( 15 min )
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1 Ginger
- Tamarind 1 marble size
- Salt to taste
- Coconut Oil to fry - 1/4 litre ( You can also use vegetable oil )
Marinate the King Fish In the ground Masala for 10-15 mins.
Coat the marinated fish in Rawa neatly
Deep fry the fish till done and serve along meals.
